TRANSFER SYSTEMS
We manufacture customized equipment to efficiently transfer bulky products at 90° using reliable technology. These solutions are designed to transfer wooden or plastic pallets to an adjacent conveyor. They are robust pieces of equipment that allow for the creation of various configurations in order to move different kinds of products and thus respond to the particular needs of each warehouse. Our transfer systems are not limited by shapes or distribution of other elements already installed or contemplated.
Available lifting technologies
These transfer systems can incorporate a pneumatic bag (airbag) that provides the minimum height necessary to transfer the product properly. On the other hand, they can also be designed with an electromechanical lifting system that uses jack-type actuators to flexibly position the height of the transfers, which guarantees to move bulky products smoothly, precisely and stably.
