We manufacture systems with stable and safe lifting mechanisms to transport all kinds of products without obstacles. These chain conveyors with lifting are autonomous, so they can be integrated into a new or existing roller conveyor. They are solutions that operate with an AC motor or with a motorized roller. In addition, the separation and number of sections of their chains can be customized based on the characteristics of the product. Our transfer systems move products smoothly and without drops. These solutions are available in modules that can have two or three chain sections. Thanks to this, they offer the advantage of improving the contact area between the pallet and the chains, as they can integrate chain sections in user-specified positions, or they can accommodate more sections to increase the resting surface. Thus, these conveyors move products in a completely safe and efficient manner.
Available lifting technologies
These transfer systems can incorporate a pneumatic bag (airbag) that provides the minimum height necessary to transfer the product properly. On the other hand, they can also be designed with an electromechanical lifting system that uses jack-type actuators to flexibly position the height of the transfers, which guarantees to move bulky products smoothly, precisely and stably.
